Extraordinary Service Start to Finish
From my first call to Milgard in January 2017 I have been treated very well. The woman with whom I spoke understood my problem, explained that the 20" X 20" window was not covered by Mildard's warranty. I was placed on a fairly brief hold and she came back on line.
This kind, efficient lady explained that she was able to get authorization to make a "one time" exception and that Milgard would cover the glass replacement as a courtesy.
Today Dave, the Milgard service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time of 11:15 a.m. Came in, looked the window over, taped the jagged broken glass remaining in the frame and then moved outside to remove and replace the entire window. Dave worked neatly, efficiently, and asked me not to clean the window glass right away. Dave was very courteous, and knocked on the front door when he was finished approximately 11:55 a.m.

Technician was excellent.
Good service as always but slight issue with ordering a replacement product. The new sales rep did not have the correct information for our warranty. We are a full replacement warranty with the option of upgrading which the sales rep said was not available when it actually was. We were able to straighten out and upgrade to the sun shield type of window. Thank you!
