My Seller and the builder were smart to use the Milgard windows. They have a lifetime warranty to the original owner.

Service tech was great!

Service tech came on time and fixed the threshold, put in 2 window lever covers and fixed the noise in some of the new windows when I cranked them out. He gave me great advice to lock the windows when not in use and to use Silicon spray twice a year on the hardware to lubricate so it doesn't rust. I also learned the screens are not made my Milgard and only have a 1 year warranty. Windows are warrantied for life.

I love my Milgard windows!

I replaced all the windows in my custom home several years ago. There were over 35 custom windows. I have had almost no problems and, the few minor problems I had were quickly and easily resolved. This was not the case with my original windows which constantly leaked and clouded up inside. Now, I would never have any other window and only wish I had used them when I first built my house.
